I hired Brandee to help move my mother to a smaller, more senior oriented condo community. Throughout the entire process, Brandee was responsive to all of our needs, more often going way beyond what any previous realtors we have dealt with would ever do. Because I live on another continent, Brandee went above and beyond to find a local contractor for us, an electrician, recommending moving companies, accompanying my mom on several outings to pick out new furnishings, etc. I would highly recommend Brandee as a local realtor (in our case, international realtor) who has outstanding people skills (she is beyond patient, extremely kind, and is always three steps ahead of you on decision making processes), excellent negotiation skills and just overall an expertise in her field.

I was helping my mother sell her condo as she moved into independent living. When I called to talk to Brandee Wiseman and she was very quick to look at my mother's condo. She came back quickly with information on what she thought, what the market was, and a couple of items that needed to be taken care of. The neighbor who helped with the selling of my mother's condo was impressed with Brandee compared to the others. She came with a plan to sell the condo and what to expect. We got the first offer within a couple of hours of the condo being listed, it was above asking, and had an offer we accepted in less than a day. She was very helpful and I would recommend her.
